On each turn, the topmost disk from a selected tower is moved to another tower. The winner is the one who moves the disks from Tower 1 to Tower 3 in the fewest moves.
To move a disk, the user must select it first. This can be done by using the up arrow key after selecting the tower from which to take the disk. Tower selection can be done with the left and right arrow keys. The disk can also be selected by left mouse button click on the desired tower. To place the selected disk, the user must first position it using the left and right arrow keys over the tower where the disk will be placed, and then press the down arrow key. Placing the selected disk can also be done by clicking on the tower where the disk will be placed with the mouse. After the user makes a move and moves a disk, the computer also moves a disk.
When the voice accompaniment is enabled, pressing the keys 1, 2, and 3 will provide information about the disks forming the respective user’s tower. Information about the disks forming the computer’s towers can be provided by pressing the key combinations CTRL+1, CTRL+2, and CTRL+3.
If the user wishes to end the game, they should press the ESC key, in which case the computer is considered the winner.
